Information

INFORMATION: Subsequent to Town Council approving a conditional rezoning for the property at 904 Homestead Road, the property owner and developer, Parker Louis LLC, is moving forward with preparing Special Use Permit-A plans and application materials for the project. Currently, the applicant maintains their commitment to providing a payment-in-lieu for one affordable home, as detailed in Attachment A, which includes a statement from the applicant on this matter. As the developer is not currently providing 15 percent affordable units within the subdivision, Town Council and the developer are asked to review and discuss the affordable housing component of the project, in accordance with Land Use Ordinance Section 15-54.1. The applicant plans to provide 25 percent size-limited housing as required by the LUO (Sections 15-54.1 and 15-188 are included as Attachment B).
