Council Direction Statement
As a recipient of federal aid, the Town of Carrboro is required to establish policies and procedures that ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related federal nondiscrimination laws. These actions fulfill the Town's annual reporting obligation to the NC Department of Transportation's Office of Civil Rights.
