·      Introduction of topic: Why we're using John Rawls's Theory of Justice to anchor our discussion of Board relations and decision making (Alderman Gist).
·      Discussion, leading to consideration of a work group:
o      To what extent do we feel in alignment around what justice means?
o      To what extent can we express that alignment explicitly (e.g., in a statement)?
o      Opportunities for communicating our concept of justice to the community and holding ourselves accountable for it.
o      Task a work group to draft an explicit statement describing what justice means to this Board and to make recommendations based on our communication/accountability discussion today:  work group task, members, and timeframe.
