Request to Make Appointments to the Transportation Advisory Board
PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is for the Board of Aldermen to make appointments to the Transportation Advisory Board.

INFORMATION: The Transportation Advisory Board currently has four seats available for appointment; three expiring terms and one vacant seat. Colleen Barclay is the current chair of the Transportation Advisory Board. Kurt Stolka, Diana McDuffee, and Robert Dow have expiring terms and have submitted applications for reappointment. The attached resolution reappoints all three members to the Board.
Applications were also received from Dave Made and Patrick Castonguay with insufficient time for the Advisory Board Chair to complete the necessary follow-up prior to submission of the forms. The chair intends to review the applications and report back to the clerk at a later date.

RECOMMENDATION:r It is recommended that the Mayor and Board adopt the attached resolution.
