Information
INFORMATION: Town staff has received an application requesting a minor modification to the Master Sign Permit for 300 East Main Street. If approved, the application will allow for the Center Theater Group to install up to a 65 square foot sign instead of the currently approved size of 24 square feet. The business is located in the former ArtsCenter space within the plaza (Unit G).
The original Master Sign Permit was approved on September 25, 2012; agenda materials are available here: 09_25_2012_A2.pdf
A modification to the Master Sign Permit was then approved by Town Council on September 16, 2014. The modification allowed for installation of a blade sign, a sign on the fa?ade of the third floor of a building, and additional directional signage; agenda materials are available here: Town of Carrboro - File #: 14-0268
