Appointments to the Affordable Housing Advisory Commission - Regular Membership
PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is for the Town Council to make appointments to the Affordable Housing Advisory Commission.

INFORMATION: The Affordable Housing Advisory Commission currently has two seats eligible for appointment (not including the expert seat).
Currently, those seats are filled by Cain Twyman and Quinton Harper. Both Twyman and Harper indicated to the Town Clerk that they would like to be reappointed to the Commission. The Town Clerk has confirmed that they are both eligible to be reappointed to a second, full term.
Thirteen additional applications were also received from: James (Jim) Colleran, Kelley Gregory, Suzy Khachaturyan, Kirsten Leloudis, Karen (Rae) Ritter, Valerie Sauer, James Scott, Anna Spears, and Kendra Van-Pelt.
Quinton Harper is the current chair of the Commission and provided the attached chair forms.
Chair forms are located directly before the advisory board application and all forms are in alphabetical order.
An applicant and current commission matrix is attached for information.
Ballots will be provided to the Town Council during the meeting.
