Information
INFORMATION: This legislation authorizes the town manager to approve the hourly rate increase of the town attorney. The current rate authorized is $215 per hour, the new rate will be $235 per hour, effective July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026.

FISCAL IMPACT: The town has budgeted funds through the town council budget to pay for Brough Law Firm services.
