FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: The Town already subscribes to Survey Monkey Pro.  Fiscal impact would depend on advertising needs.  Staff impact will be minimal.
 
RECOMMENDATION:r It is recommended that the Board provide feedback on the pre-survey and when/if it should be administered to residents.
