Council Direction Statement

The Connector Roads Policy is administered through the Land Use Ordinance.  Provisions in Article XIV, Streets & Sidewalks, require all streets to connect.  Exceptions are allowed only where topography makes such connections impracticable.  Among other purposes related to safety and service delivery, the policy is designed to connect development and land uses to give a sense of unity and connectivity throughout the Town.
