Information

INFORMATION: Parker Louis, LLC, has submitted an application for a Special Use Permit-A for Newbury Subdivision located at 904 Homestead Road. The property was conditionally rezoned to R‐10‐CZ on June 27, 2023. In accordance with the conditional rezoning, a major subdivision is now proposed with 36 dwelling units (mix of single-family and duplex units), plus up to ten (10) accessory dwelling units.

Project review is ongoing and the applicant and their consultant are working towards bringing the plans into full compliance with the Land Use Ordinance in advance of the November 12, 2024 public hearing date. The project will also be presented to advisory boards during the October 3, 2024 Joint Advisory Board Meeting.

Recommendation

RECOMMENDATION: Town staff recommends that Town Council adopt the attached resolution (Attachement A) setting the public hearing date for November 12, 2024
