PURPOSE:   The purpose of this agenda item is for the Mayor and Board to make an appointment to the Human Services Commission.

INFORMATION: The Human Services Commission currently has three vacant seats.  There is not a current chair of the Human Services Commission as the chair resigned and the Commission has not met to appoint a new chair.  The attached resolution appoints Robin Siska to the Human Services Commission.

RECOMMENDATION:r It is recommended that the Mayor and Board adopt the attached resolution.
