INFORMATION: The Town Manager has identified four new software initiatives through the FY 2024-25 budget process. The Town Manager is asking that FY 2024-25 General Fund balance be designated to fund the four new software as service initiatives. The four new software initiatives include following items and total $98,000:

The resolution to designate fund balance (Attachment A) authorizes the designation of FY 24-25 fund balance in the General Fund for four new software initiatives identified in the FY 24-25 budget process. The Town Manager is also authorized to transfer these funds to the appropriate department.
