Request to Make Appointments to the Planning Board
PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is for the Mayor and Board to make appointments to the Planning Board.

INFORMATION: The Planning Board currently has two seats available for appointment. During the February 3, 2015 meeting, the Board requested that the chair provide a review of Thomas Tiemann's application and that the Clerk bring the item back to the Board. The chair of the Planning Board has provided the forms that are attached for review (note that a form was not completed for Ben Kittelson by the chair in February or for this meeting). A resolution for appointment is attached.

RECOMMENDATION:r It is recommended that the Mayor and Board adopt the attached resolution.
