PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is to cancel two regularly scheduled Board of Aldermen Meetings.

INFORMATION: The October 27, 2015 Board meeting must be canceled due to the early voting calendar. The November 3, 2015 meeting must be canceled due to Election Day. The resolution provided cancels the meetings.

RECOMMENDATION:r It is recommended that the Board adopt the attached resolution and that the Town Clerk notice the cancelations.
