TITLE: Title

     A Public Hearing for the Space Needs and Facility Condition Assessment Update        

PURPOSE:       To update the Board of Alderman on the current status of the Space Needs and Facility Condition Assessment and provide a schedule of proposed events and deliverables.

INFORMATION:    Kick off meeting conducted by Creech and Associates on June 8, 2016 and attended by Town Staff.  Creech and Associates are in the process of measuring Town Facilities and conducting interviews to best determine the current and future space needs of the Town.  The entire process is expected to take 5 months and conclude in early November.  Town staff will meet with Creech and Associates on a monthly basis throughout the entirety of the project.  Please see the attached presentation further detailing the schedule and associated deliverables.

Creech and Associates will provide the Board of Alderman with a presentation for which hard copies will be delivered prior to the start of the meeting.

RECOMMENDATION:r  Town staff recommends that the Board of Alderman accept the update.
