Space Needs Study Update
PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is to provide an update to the Board of Aldermen on the progress of the Space Needs Study.

INFORMATION: Creech & Associates have made significant progress in the space needs study. To date, they have completed staff surveys and meetings, assessments including measurements of Town Hall, Fire Station 1 and 2, Public Works and the Century Center and a comprehensive condition assessment. Additionally, they have created single line drawings that accurately reflect the current conditions of the aforementioned buildings.
A draft full report is attached, however a condensed version will be presented.
Brent Green will give a presentation on the findings thus far.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: There is no additional fiscal or staff impact at this time.
RECOMMENDATION:r It is recommended that the Board of Aldermen accept the report and provide feedback.
