Request to Make an Appointment to the Human Services Advisory Commission
PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is for the Mayor and Board to make appointments to the Human Services Commission.

INFORMATION: The Human Services Advisory Commission currently has one vacant seat eligible for appointment. Andrea Tanner is the current chair of the Human Services Advisory Commission and provided the forms for review. Quinton Harper is the only applicant that has stated that he is willing to serve on either the Planning Board or on the Human Services Commission and would like the Board of Aldermen to decide where he is needed the most. The attached resolution will appoint Quinton Harper to the Human Services Advisory Commission if the Board chooses.

RECOMMENDATION:r It is recommended that the Mayor and Board adopt the attached resolution after discussing Quinton Harper’s application.
