PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is for the Board to adopt an ordinance limited campaign contributions to any candidate for town office.

INFORMATION: Section 5-15 of the Town Code, set to expire 60 days prior to the filing for the 2017 regular town election, limits the amount of campaign donations to $250.00. The ordinance provided as Attachment A to the Board will reenact the expiring limitation.
