INFORMATION: The subject property is zoned WM-3 and contains two parcels for a combined acreage of about 2.6 acres.  These parcels are identified by Orange County PINs 9769217639, 9769219629.  For a vicinity map, see Attachment B.

RECOMMENDATION:r Town staff recommends that the Board adopt the attached conditional resolution setting the public hearing for this project on November 28th, 2017 (Attachment A).
