PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is for the Mayor and Board to make appointments to the Board of Adjustment.

INFORMATION: James Baker, Sriv Navaratnam, Joseph Collins, and Richard Ellington all have expiring terms on the Board of Adjustment. All current members wish to be reappointed and no other applications were received. The Chair supports the reappointment of the existing members.
The attached resolution reappoints the members listed above.

RECOMMENDATION:r It is recommended that the Mayor and Board adopt the attached resolution.
