PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is for the Board of Aldermen to approve the reassignment of Michelle Walker to the Carrboro seat on the Orange County Animal Services Hearing Pool.

INFORMATION: The County Clerk forwarded the following request:
We are requesting that the Carrboro Board of Alderman approve the reassignment of Michelle Walker, a Carrboro resident, to the Town of Carrboro representative position on the Animal Services Hearing Panel Pool. Michelle Walker is currently serving on the Hearing Panel Pool and would just switch positions to fill the vacancy. Her position as an Animal Services Advisory Board representative will be filled by existing member Amanda Schwoerke.

RECOMMENDATION:r Town staff recommends that the Board approve the attached resolution.
