Update on Transportation Projects - September 2018
PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is to present to the Board of Aldermen an update on the numerous different transportation projects which have been moving forward over the past several months.

INFORMATION: As the Board has been on its summer break, a number of transportation items have continued to move forward during that time. While an update on the NCDOT managed Merritt Mill/Brewer intersection design was provided earlier this month, other projects have continued to develop in the background. The purpose of this update is to provide more specific details as to the development of key projects along with a report of the current progress.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: No impacts associated with receiving the report
RECOMMENDATION:r Staff recommends that the Board consider the resolution receiving the report. Staff can provide answers to questions or comments as they may arise or at future meetings.
