INFORMATION:
The Board of Aldermen was provided with information on the status of the bicycle plan update on January 15th, 2019 (https://carrboro.legistar.com/MeetingDetail.aspx?ID=669875&GUID=93EC45DB-EF8C-44FB-85AB-494229B2DD3D&Options=&Search) and provided staff direction on the makeup of the steering committee's stakeholder groups. The application window for the steering committee had been open from February 1st till February 15th, 2019. During this time, some additional stakeholder groups to include were identified. Staff conducted outreach to encourage applicants. A summary of the final list of stakeholder groups (including the new additions) along with the outreach and communication efforts performed by staff can be found in the Staff Memo (Attachment C).

Applications received during this window have been combined by the different stakeholder group applied for can be found as Attachment D; if a stakeholder group does not have any submitted applications, they are indicated below.
