INFORMATION: Carrboro Retail, LLC, has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Phase 1 of Shops at Lloyd Farm located at 700 and 706 Old Fayetteville Road.
These properties went thru a Conditional Zoning where the properties were rezoned to
B-4 CZ and this was approved by the Board of Aldermen on October 23rd, 2018
The applicant intends to develop the first phase of the commercial development that consists of the Harris Teeter grocery store, four (4) retail/restaurant buildings, energy center (gas station), amphitheater with shelter pavilion, road infrastructure and water quality basins.
The subject property is zoned B-4 CZ containing 35.4 acres (1,542,024sf) and is listed on
the Orange County Parcel Identification Numbers 9778-09-7922 and 9779-19-6618.
