Appointment to the Environmental Advisory Board
PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is for the Board of Aldermen to make an appointment to the Environmental Advisory Board.

INFORMATION: The Environmental Advisory Board (EAB) is a seven member board. Appointments were made to the EAB on June 23, 2020 and two seats were held open for the further recruitment of Black/African-American applicants. At this time, there has been one application received by Namdi Brandon and the chair has completed the chair report. After this appointment, there will be one remaining vacant seat and additional applications will be brought back to the Town Council once received.

RECOMMENDATION:r It is recommended that the Mayor and Town Council make the appointment to the EAB.
