Based on feedback received from Council and members of the public, a number of changes have been made to the Updated Bike Plan to ensure the document reflects Carrboro’s priorities. The documented list of changes can be found as Attachment B. Additionally, a request was made to provide sections of the plan as individual files, those can be found as:

• Appendix C, Raw Survey Data - Attachment L
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: There is no impact associated with adopting the plan. If adopted, staff will begin work to implement the Plan’s strategic priorities and look for opportunities to implement other projects and recommendations outlined in the plan.
RECOMMENDATION:r Staff recommends that the Town Council hold a public hearing to receive comments on the Updated Bicycle Plan and consider the resolution (Attachment A). In accordance with Session Law 2020-3, public comment may be submitted to the Town Clerk up to 24 hours after the close of the public hearing. A subsequent agenda item will be scheduled for the Council to consider making a decision on the item.
