PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is for Council to receive the 2021-2022 annual report from the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization (DCHC MPO).

INFORMATION: The Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization (DCHC MPO), which is the regional organization responsible for transportation planning for the western part of the Research Triangle area, will present its 2021-22 annual report to the Town Council. <https://www.dchcmpo.org/home>Doug Plachcinski, DCHC MPO Executive Director, will attend the meeting to present the report to Council. DCHC MPO is making this presentation to all jurisdictions within the MPO, and they hope to make an annual report presentation to all jurisdictions within the MPO each year.
