Information

INFORMATION: This agenda item will allow the Town Council to consider making appointments to the Climate Action Team.

Original appointments to the Climate Action Team were made by the Town Council on October 12, 2021, and October 19, 2021. These members were appointed for three-year staggered terms. There currently are two vacancies on the Climate Action team due to resignations. Both seats have an initial term expiration date of 2/2025.

Applications have been received from: Greg Randolph, Jane Danielwicz, Riz Rashdi, Nicholas Stover and Meg Molloy. Chair Forms have also been submitted for these applicants.

If Town Council approves the amendment to add additional seats to the Climate Action Team, the number of members will go from nine members to thirteen members and there will then be a total of 6 vacancies.

A resolution making appointments is included as Attachment A, which includes the number of vacancies if Town Council approves the amendment to add the additional number of seats to the Climate Action Team. Applications and Chair Forms are included as Attachment B, and an information matrix is included as Attachment C. Pocket questions are included as Attachment D.
