The purpose of this agenda item is for the Board of Aldermen to approve a resolution authorizing the execution of a municipal supplemental agreement revising the provision titled MAINTENANCE, Section 8. This provision defines how the Town may use the additional fiber optic cabling. The municipal supplemental agreement revises Section 8 to allow the Town to use the fiber optic cabling in any manner that is in full compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations. | approved | Pass |
