Based on feedback received from Council and members of the public, a number of changes have been made to the Updated Bike Plan to ensure the document reflects Carrboro's priorities. The documented list of changes can be found as Attachment B. Additionally, a request was made to provide sections of the plan as individual files, those can be found as:

* Chapter 3, What we Heard - Attachment E
* Chapter 4, The Framework - Attachment F
* Chapter 5, The Network - Attachment G
* Chapter 6, Strategies - Attachment H
* Appendix A, Comprehensive Projects List - Attachment J
* Appendix B, Technical Memos - Attachment K
* Appendix C, Raw Survey Data - Attachment L
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: There is no impact associated with adopting the plan. If adopted, staff will begin work to implement the Plan's strategic priorities and look for opportunities to implement other projects and recommendations outlined in the plan.
RECOMMENDATION:r Staff recommends that the Town Council hold a public hearing to receive comments on the Updated Bicycle Plan and consider the resolution (Attachment A).
